The Group Sales team works with you to provide exceptional service from the moment you contact us. We are here to answer questions and give suggestions based off your group’s preferences. A personalized tour can be scheduled for new group leaders to see our theaters firsthand. All tours must be scheduled in advance with the group sales team to ensure the theaters are available for viewing.
SAVINGS & PAYMENT PLANS
Most shows offer special discounted rates and reduced handling fees to groups of 10 or more. Ask us about the additional savings for student and scout groups. Payment plans help provide you time to organize your group. Reserve early and we will hold seats for up to four weeks before requiring a deposit.*
FLEXIBLE SEATING
We understand that everyone has different seating preferences for entertainment, so we offer flexible seating options for your order. Your group can be seated in various locations or price levels throughout the theater as long as everyone is attending the same show, date and time.
BUS PARKING
We are happy to arrange your complimentary bus parking. Bus parking must be arranged in advance with the group sales team.
DINING
Add on our groups dining package, available for groups of 30 people or more, for just $35.00 per guest. This package includes a buffet of soup & salad, entrees and desserts. Space is limited and subject to availability.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
We can provide customized sales materials to help you promote your group outing including digital images, flyers and posters specific to your group and performance.
EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
Enhance your experience or curriculum by bringing your group or class to one of our play series, Broadway, or opera performances. Study guides, pre- or post-show talkbacks and other educational opportunities are available for many shows.
