Electronic Tickets

Electronic tickets are available through the Straz To Go app or by visiting wallet.strazcenter.org from any web browser.

If you chose e-tickets as the delivery method when you purchased, your e-tickets should be automatically reflected in your Straz To Go app.

The first time you use the new e-tickets wallet in the Straz To Go app, you will need to log in using your Straz Center ticketing login and password.

Your tickets should appear in your wallet 15 minutes after you purchase. Please check your wallet for your tickets before you arrive for your event.

For greater ticketing security, the e-tickets feature a dynamic QR code instead of a traditional bar code. The QR code changes every 30 seconds, so do not screenshot or print your QR codes. This QR code will be available on the day of the show, just before the lobby doors open.

E-tickets cannot currently be shared. If you need to share your tickets, please call the Ticket Sales Office at (813) 229-7827.

True Tickets’ dynamic QR code feature helps prevent fraudulent tickets from appearing on third party websites. Additionally, the availability of contact-less ticket-scanning is a health and safety precaution we have implemented to help keep our customers, volunteers, and staff safe.

Guests will continue to buy tickets through the Ticket Sales Office or the Straz Center website, but then you’ll access the E-tickets through True Tickets at wallet.strazcenter.org or the Straz To GO app using your Straz Center website login and password.
If you chose to have your tickets printed rather than E-tickets, they will not appear in the wallet. To confirm your purchase through the app, please visit "My Events." If you have any questions, you can call the Ticket Sales Office at (813) 229-7827.
